Simply combine two tablespoons of olive oil, three tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, one tablespoon of Italian seasoning, three minced garlic cloves and a half-teaspoon of black pepper in a zip-top bag.
Add a pound of chicken to the zip-top bag and let it marinate in the fridge for at least two hours (or up to 12 hours). When you’re ready to get grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat and spray the grates with a nonstick cooking spray. Cook the Balsamic Grilled Chicken for five to eight minutes per side, until it is fully cooked. Let it sit for five to 10 minutes before you dig in.
