Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Brussel sprouts, halved
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper and black pepper.
  3. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake until melted.
