Once the cabbage has softened, add in one cup of shredded carrots, one teaspoon of sesame oil, two tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce, two teaspoons of grated ginger and one cup of deshelled edamame. Sauté for two more minutes, then top the dish with a quarter-cup of cashews, two teaspoons of sesame seeds and one chopped scallion.
