What can possibly make this Caramel Corn recipe even better? It’s super simple to make. We’re talking three-step, five-ingredient easy. Combine coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract until melted and boiling. Remove from heat and stir in a dash of salt. Let this mixture cool for about two minutes. Drizzle the “caramel” on top of three cups of air-popped popcorn, spread out on parchment paper, and let cool for 30 minutes so the caramel can harden.
