  • Brownie
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Truvia Cane Sugar Baking Blend
  • Cheesecake Filling
  • ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. nonfat cream cheese
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 package Truvia


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray.
  2. Combine sweet potato, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, eggs, oil and Truvia cane sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Pour brownie mixture into pan.
