  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 tsp. peanuts
  • 2 tsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
  • 1 tsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup light whipped topping


  1. Place ice, protein powder, peanut butter, milk and yogurt into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture equally among 4 glasses.
