Ingredients:

  • 3 5.6-oz. catfish filets
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parlsey
  • 1 dash paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Season catfish with salt, pepper, paprika and oil. Massage spices into the fish.
  2. Place fish into the air fryer and cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping half way through the cook time.
  3. Once plated, drizzle fish with lemon juice and garnish with parlsey.
