Pour the mixture into a small baking dish. Once evenly distributed in the bottom of the dish, grab the food processor and combine shredded coconut, walnuts, oats, cocoa powder and pitted dates. Once this mixture is thoroughly combined, pour on top of the berry base and bake for about 25 minutes.

- 2 cups berries
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 large dates, pitted
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, toss the berries, cornstarch/arrowroot powder and lemon juice. Pour into a small baking dish.
- In a food processor, add topping ingredients and pulse until crumbly.
- Pour on top of fruit mixture.
