  • 1 Chocolate Nutrisystem Shake
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ¼ cup water


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. Pour the muffin batter into a greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Let the muffins cool before removing them from the pan.
