Ingredients:

  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients above.
