On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 SmartCarb and 1 Extra
- 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar free maple syrup
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients above.
