Ingredients:
- 1 (7.25 lb.) bone-in turkey breast
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 sweet yellow onion, sliced
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- ½ Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. thyme
Directions:
- Place celery, onions, chicken broth and garlic in a crockpot.
- Rinse and dry the turkey. Rub inside and out with the onion soup packet, garlic, oregano, sage and thyme.
- Place turkey into the crockpot on top of the vegetable mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Cook on high for one hour. Switch setting to low and cook for an additional 7 hours.
