  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 8 ounces (~2 cups) cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup grapes, halved
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
