Ingredients:
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. Truvia Cane Sugar Baking Blend
- ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. nonfat cream cheese
- ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 package Truvia
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper and grease with nonstick spray.
