Ingredients:
- 3 oz. raw boneless chicken breast
- ½ cup broccoli
- ¼ cup snow peas
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce, low sodium
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut 18 x 12 inch square of aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
- Place chicken breast in the middle of the foil and divide the vegetables evenly around the chicken.
- Drizzle chicken and vegetables with oil.
- Brush 1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce on chicken and vegetables.
