Ingredients:

  • ½ cup raisins or craisins
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped pretzels
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Press into the bottom of a parchment-lined baking pan.
  3. Cover and refrigerate energy bites for 1-2 hours.
  4. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
