In only three steps, you will have delicious tuna patties to enjoy all week long. To get started, grab a mixing bowl and combine two cans of tuna, light mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, an egg, bread crumbs, black pepper and chopped parsley. Form this mixture into six equal patties. In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of olive oil to medium-high heat. Cook each tuna patty for three minutes per side until they are golden brown. Serve them hot or throw them in the fridge to make your weekly meal prep a breeze.

- 2-4 oz. cans of tuna, packed in water, drained
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- In a bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon, egg, black pepper, breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
- Form mixture into 6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in skillet to medium-high. Once oil is hot, place patties on skillet and cook for 3 minutes per side or until patties are golden brown.
