Ingredients:
- 1 lb. lamb rack, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme

Directions:
- Mix olive oil with thyme, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Pour onto a large plate or baking dish.
