How to Make Healthy Avocado Chips

To make this smart and satisfying snack, get started by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Grab an avocado, remove the pit and scoop the green flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado until it’s smooth, then add in one egg, one tablespoon of lemon juice and a half-cup of shredded parmesan cheese.

Now it’s time to form your chips and get baking! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and get a spoon. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture onto the baking sheet, using the spoon to flatten it into a thin layer. Repeat this process with the rest of the avocado mixture.

Sprinkle the seasoning of your choice onto the chips (see Healthy Hacks below for ideas!). Finally, pop the whole tray into the oven for about 3o minutes. Your Avocado Chips are done when they are golden brown and crispy.
