  • 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread
  • ½ avocado
  • 8 thin slices of cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • Drizzle of sriracha


  1. Mix together tahini, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Set aside.
  2. Toast bread.
  3. Mash ¼ avocado onto each slice of bread.
  4. Top each slice of bread with 4 slices of cucumber. Drizzle each slice with tahini dressing. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sriracha.
