Baked Cranberry Orange Oatmeal Muffins

The first step of this healthy cranberry orange muffin recipe is a mashing up bananas. These will add major flavor and create a deliciously moist texture. Combine the mashed bananas with rolled dry oats, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs, unsweetened almond milk and vanilla extract to create the gluten free muffin batter. Fold in orange zest and cranberries, then pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin. (The batter should make 12 muffins.) Finally, pop these tasty fall muffins in a 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats, dry
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
