  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1-10.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice


  1. Combine ingredients in a large saucepan. Set heat to medium-low.
  2. Cover the pan and cook for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender.
