Air Fryer Dry Rubbed Chicken Bites

An air fryer can make nearly every meal better (and crunchier!), not to mention healthier, too. It’s an easy way to make healthy meals for you and your whole family, and that’s why we love these Air Fryer Dry Rubbed Chicken Bites.

To make these delicious Chicken Bites, simply preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F and spray the basket with a nonstick spray. As it’s warming, take chicken breast and cut it into bite-size pieces. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Grab a second bowl and place the chicken in it, coating it with olive oil. Slowly sprinkle the seasoning mixture onto the chicken, making sure that you coat all sides to guarantee that each and every bite is equally seasoned and delicious.

Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer—multiple layers could lead to uneven and incomplete frying. Cook the Chicken Bites minutes, flip and then cook the chicken for an additional eight minutes. Once the chicken is done cooking, set it aside for a few minutes to let it cool—and keep an eye out for your family’s hungry hands grabbing one early!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika

Directions:
