Ramen noodles get an upgrade in this easy lunch recipe! If you love the taste of classic chicken ramen paired with your favorite non-starchy vegetables, this is the recipe for you. Whip it up whenever you need a hot, hearty and comforting meal to fill you up while you slim down!

Nutrisystem’s Fried Garlic Chicken Flavored Ramen adds major flavor to this delicious dish, which features a trifecta of tender noodles, lean chicken breast and crisp vegetables. While we use red bell peppers, sugar snap peas and broccoli florets, the meal is easily customizable and you can feel free to swap in your favorite veggies. Chicken Ramen Noodles with VegetablesAfter you select your non-starchy vegetables, sauté them in olive oil over medium heat until they are soft. Add in chopped raw chicken breast and continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked.

In the meantime, fill up the Fried Garlic Chicken Flavored Ramen cup with water until it reaches the water line. Add the contents of the flavor and oil packets and stir well. Pop it in the microwave for one minute and 30 seconds.

Finally, pour the ramen into the pan with the chicken and veggies. Cover it with a lid and let it sit for six minutes. Give it a good stir and enjoy immediately!

  • 1 package Nutrisystem® Fried Garlic Chicken Flavored Ramen
  • 3 oz. raw chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ red bell pepper, chopped
  • ¼ cup sugar snap peas, chopped
  • ¼ cup broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 tsp. olive oil


  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add bell pepper, snap peas and broccoli. Cook until soft.
  2. Add in chicken and cook until fully cooked. Turn off heat.
  3. In the meantime, fill ramen cup with water until it reaches the water line. Add contents of flavor and oil packets. Stir well and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
  4. Pour ramen contents to pan with chicken. Cover and let sit for 6 minutes.
  5. Stir and serve immediately.
