On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 Nutrisystem Lunch and 1 PowerFuel
Ingredients:
- 1 package Nutrisystem® Sesame Ramen
- 2 Tbsp. chopped mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. shredded carrots
- 2 Tbsp. edamame, shelled
- 1 pinch chopped green onions
- 1 egg
Directions:
- To make a soft-boiled egg, bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add egg(s) and cook for 7 minutes. Transfer egg(s) to a bowl of ice water and chill for 2 minutes. Gently peel shell and slice in half. Set aside.
- Open the ramen package and add the seasoning and oil packet to the container. Fill water to the line on package. Microwave for 1 ½ minutes.
- Remove ramen from microwave and transfer contents to a bowl. Add the mushrooms, carrots and edamame. Top with plastic or a lid for 6 minutes.
- Remove lid and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve with soft boiled egg.
