Ingredients:

  • 8 medjool dates
  • 4 Tbsp. almond butter
  • Optional Toppings
  • Almonds, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, pomegranate seeds, etc.

Directions:

  1. Using a knife, cut a slit lengthwise in each date and remove the pit.
  2. Spoon almond butter equally into the center of each date.
  3. Garnish stuffed dates with optional toppings.
