On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 ½ SmartCarbs, 1 Powerfuel, 1 Extra

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dry oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 banana, sliced

Directions:

  1. In a container or Mason jar, add all ingredients above.
  2. Top the container and give it a good shake to ensure everything is mixed.
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning, your oats should be ready to eat! Enjoy them cold or heat them in the microwave until warm.
