On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 SmartCarb and 1 Extra


  • 3 cups baby potatoes or fingerling potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme*
  • ½ tsp. dried rosemary*
  • ½ tsp. dried marjoram*
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano*
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ cup water
  • *can use 2 tsp. of Italian seasoning instead


  1. Turn Instant Pot on SAUTE and add olive oil.
  2. Pierce potatoes with a fork.
  3. When Instant Pot is hot, add potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle seasonings, stirring occasionally to brown all sides.
  5. Once browned, add water.
  6. Place lid on Instant Pot and set to MANUAL pressure for 7 minutes.
  7. Once done, use quick release by pressing CANCEL and then turning the steam floating valve on the lid to VENTING position. Open lid when floating valve drops.
