Get started by preheating your oven to 425°F and spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Toss halved radishes and Brussels sprouts in a mixture of olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper. Transfer the vegetables to the baking dish and arrange them in one layer. 

Bake the veggies for about 25 to 30 minutes, stirring them halfway through the cooking time. Remove them from the oven and garnish them with chopped parsley before serving.
