How to Make Frozen Broccoli in the Air Fryer

First, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees and gather your ingredients. You’ll need two cups of frozen broccoli, a half-tablespoon of olive oil, a quarter-teaspoon of paprika and a half-teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder. You can also feel free to add black pepper. Next, toss the frozen broccoli in the olive oil and seasonings.

Finally, pour the broccoli into the air fryer and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy. (Make sure to stir halfway through the cooking time!)

This recipe makes two 55-calorie servings. If you’re on Nutrisystem, you can log each serving as one Vegetable and one Extra in your NuMi app journal. You are allotted three Extras per day, so feel free to enjoy both servings if you have enough of your Extras left! This will check off two out of your four required Vegetable servings.
