Ingredients:
- 2 pears, sliced vertically into ½-inch slices
- 1 red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- 4 cups red potatoes, halved
- 1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
