  • 2 pears, sliced vertically into ½-inch slices
  • 1 red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 4 cups red potatoes, halved
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place sliced pears, potato halves and red onion wedges onto a baking sheet.
