Skinny S’mores Frozen Yogurt

Who doesn’t love a delicious s’mores for dessert? Golden and crispy graham crackers, melted milk chocolate and marshmallows—all layered to create a combo of sweet flavors in every. single. bite. We’ve created a recipe that incorporates all of these tasty ingredients into a diet-friendly froyo treat. S’mores AND ice cream? Talk about a diet win!

Two cups of frozen bananas are combined in a food processor or blender with nonfat Greek yogurt to create a creamy, ice-cream-like consistency. Once your mixture has reached your desired creaminess, stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers.

Pop the S’mores Froyo in the freezer for at least an hour. If you like your ice cream harder, keep it in for an extra hour. If you’re a soft serve-lover, take it out a few minutes early!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen sliced banana
  • 1 (6 oz.) container nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 graham cracker, crumbled

Directions:

  1. Place banana and yogurt in a food processor. Blend until creamy.
  2. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and crumbled graham cracker.
  3. Freeze for an hour before serving.
