To make this easy dinner recipe, grab yourself a delicious bell pepper and cut it in half. Place the bell pepper halves with the cut side up on a baking dish. Bake them for 20 minutes or until they’re both slightly soft. At three minutes on the timer, add the meatballs and half of the sauce on top of the bell pepper halves and cover them with a delicious slice of mozzarella cheese—our mouths are watering already, how about yours? Bake the Meatball Stuffed Peppers for another 15 minutes.

On Nutrisystem, Count As: 1 PowerFuel, 1 Vegetable and 1 Nutrisystem Dinner
- 1 bell pepper, halved
- 2 packets Nutrisystem® Meatballs in Marinara Sauce, with half the sauce
- 2 slices mozzarealla cheese, part-skim
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place bell peppers cut side up in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until slightly soft.
- Add meatballs and half of the sauce on top of bell pepper halves and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for another 15 minutes.
