How to Make White Chocolate Fudge

This white chocolate blueberry fudge is the perfect healthy dessert! It’s made with just a few simple ingredients and it’s so easy to make. Plus, it’s freezer fudge, so it’s the perfect make-ahead treat.

White Chocolate Blueberry FudgeTo make it, you’ll need a food processor or high-powered blender, a can of salt-free chickpeas (drained and rinsed), cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, blanched almond flour or coconut flour, frozen blueberries and white chocolate chips.

Simply blend together the chickpeas, cashew butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth. Then fold in frozen blueberries and press the mixture into a small, lined baking pan.

Next, press the white chocolate chips into the top of the fudge. Then place the pan into the fridge or freezer. Give it at least one hour to firm up before slicing into 12 equal-sized squares. Enjoy this delicious and healthy sweet treat!
