How to Make Edible Cookie Dough

To make this cookie dough safe to eat without baking it, we nix the eggs and focus on wholesome ingredients that keep things light and healthy. Instead of real butter and sugar, we swapped in light butter and a stevia brown sugar blend that saves you calories. We also substitute regular white flour with whole wheat flour for extra fiber. Microwaving the whole wheat flour before adding it to your dough can help destroy any harmful bacteria.

It only takes five steps and seven simple ingredients to whip up this decadent dessert. In a large bowl, combine the light butter with the stevia brown sugar blend. Set this aside and grab a microwavable bowl.

Place whole wheat flour in the bowl and microwave for one minute and 15 seconds. Next, add the flour, vanilla extract and nonfat milk to the large bowl with the butter and stevia mixture. Mix well before stirring in chopped macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. Grab a spoon and enjoy your cookie dough creation!
