Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp. light butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 5 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 8 pecans

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the pecans.
  2. Dollop about 1 ½ tablespoon-sized balls onto a greased baking sheet. Flatten and top with one pecan.
  3. Bake cookies in the oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
