Ingredients:

  • ½ cup 1% cottage cheese
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1½ tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. light whipped topping

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Directions:
