Ingredients:

  • Shrimp Spring Rolls
  • 2 rice paper wrappers
  • 3 oz. cooked shrimp
  • Handful of spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup bean sprouts
  • Chili Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium

Directions:

  1. Place wrapper into water until it is soft and pliable (~15-20 seconds).
  2. Remove wrapper and place onto a wet towel.
  3. Lay spinach over the bottom half of the rice paper. On the spinach, place cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and a few pieces of shrimp (not all).

  5. Serve immediately with soy sauce and chili garlic sauce mixed together.
