Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups peaches (1 cup sliced, ½ cup chopped finely)
  • ½ cup nonfat milk

Directions:

  1. Mix together the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Make frozen yogurt: Freeze the yogurt mixture in an ice cube tray, then blend in a blender until creamy. If you have an ice cream maker, you can use that instead according to manufacturer's directions and freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
