Made with acai powder, pitted dates, cashews, freeze dried blueberries and water, they’re full of nutrients that will give you the boost you need!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. acai powder
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2/3 cup cashews
  • 1 oz. freeze dried blueberries
  • 1-2 Tbsp. water

Directions:

  1. Place cashews into a food processor and process until fine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except for water) and process until combined. Add water if the mixture seems a little dry.
  3. Scoop out a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Repeat.
  4. Place the protein balls into the refrigerator for at least an hour.
