  • Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup light butter, melted
  • Filling
  • 3 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, low fat
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½-¾ cup key lime juice
  • 1 key lime, zested


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray pie pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix crust ingredients. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm. Let cool completely.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk and egg yolk using a stand/hand mixer. Whisk in lime juice and lime zest.
  4. Pour mixture into cooled crust and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until set. The center should jiggle slightly but stay in place.
  5. Let cool for 30 minutes and then place in fridge for 3 hours before serving.
