How to Grill Cabbage
The first step of these grilled greens? Fire up your grill and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Next, cut a medium-sized head of cabbage into four thick slices. Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with olive oil and season them with black pepper. Place them onto the grill and cook for about five to six minutes. Flip them over and cook the other side for another five to six minutes. Once finished, the steaks should be tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Now that your steaks are ready, quickly whisk together the lemon tahini dressing. You will need one tablespoon of tahini, one clove of minced garlic, one tablespoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of olive oil. You can add water to thin it out as needed. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste, then drizzle it over your grilled cabbage steaks before digging in.
