Ingredients:
- 2 cups berries
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 large dates, pitted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, toss the berries, cornstarch/arrowroot powder and lemon juice. Pour into a small baking dish.
- In a food processor, add topping ingredients and pulse until crumbly.
