Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. light butter, melted
  • 1 package Nutrisystem NutriChocolaty Wafers

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add yogurt and vanilla to the flour mixture.
  3. Add melted butter to the flour mixture. Mix until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Cover hands in flour to prevent sticking. Roll batter into balls, using about 2 tablespoons per ball.
  6. Place some chocolate in the center of each ball. Ensure chocolate is completely covered by the batter.
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Place donut holes in a greased air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
