  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ cup old fashion oats, dry
  • ¼ cup light butter
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar


  1. Preheat grill or campfire.
  2. Place sliced apples in greased aluminum foil. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. In a bowl, mix oats, butter and brown sugar. Sprinkle oat mixture on top of apples.
