Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 Tbsp. jerk seasoning, low sodium
- 2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp. red onion, finely diced
- ½ lime, juiced
- 12 whole wheat street taco tortillas
- 6 slices Havarti cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, jerk seasoning, red bell pepper, red onion and lime juice.
- Place half a slice of cheese on a tortilla. Add a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla, covering half the surface. Fold tortilla in half and press down gently. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
