Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 ¼ cup nonfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ Tbsp. coconut oil, melted

- 1 cup blueberries
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray.
