Spicy Buffalo Deviled Eggs

Buffalo wings and deviled eggs come together to create this unique appetizer. Our Spicy Buffalo Deviled Eggs recipe is perfect for your Labor Day weekend and summer parties.

The classic deviled egg is a popular party plate for a reason. They’re delicious, easy to make and only require a few ingredients. We even decided to throw buffalo sauce into the mix! Your two favorite appetizers combine to make this spicy poppable treat that is full of flavor. Best of all, it’s a diet-friendly snack that you can enjoy on the Nutrisystem program! To get started, make a batch of hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tsp. buffalo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 pinch chives, chopped

Directions:

  1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove egg yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Mash together the yolks with buffalo sauce, black pepper and mayonnaise with a fork.
  4. Place a generous scoop of the buffalo sauce mixture into the egg white hole.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives.
