The classic deviled egg is a popular party plate for a reason. They’re delicious, easy to make and only require a few ingredients. Football season has arrived and we’ve decided to throw buffalo sauce into the mix. You’re two favorite appetizers combine to make this spicy poppable treat that is full of flavor. To get started, make a batch of hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with buffalo sauce, light mayonnaise and black pepper together to create the filling. Place a generous spoonful of the filling into each half of the egg whites. Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tsp. buffalo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 pinch chives, chopped

Directions:

  1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove egg yolks and place in a bowl.
  3. Mash together the yolks with buffalo sauce, black pepper and mayonnaise with a fork.
  4. Place a generous scoop of the buffalo sauce mixture into the egg white hole.
  5. Garnish with chopped chives.
