  • 1 medium turnip
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Nonstick cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Peel and cut turnips into a French fry shape.
  3. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Lay out turnip fries individually and sprinkle with chili powder and pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on top of the turnips.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
