Ingredients:
- 1 medium turnip
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- Nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Peel and cut turnips into a French fry shape.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Lay out turnip fries individually and sprinkle with chili powder and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the turnips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
